TKT’s career spans over 14 years across diverse sectors, including Global Investment Banking, Retail Banking Operations, Mortgage Financing, Capital Finance, Business Development, Insurance, and Commercial Trading.
During this time, he has successfully raised substantial Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) to support capital projects across Ghana.
He has a strong track record of initiating and securing both foreign and local investments, and of developing viable projects in Ghana’s core sectors—across both the public and private domains.
With valuable experience in investment and trade policy planning, coordination, and evaluation at regional and multilateral levels, he brings a strategic perspective to economic development and cross-border trade.
He is known for his sharp analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to lead complex projects from concept through to execution.
Professor John Ayer
Director - Technical Projects
John Ayer is a distinguished Geodetic engineer and Senior lecturer at the University of Science and Technology, Kumasi, Ghana. He has previously held senior roles at the Geological Survey Department in Ghana and is a member of the Ghana Institute of Surveyors(MGhis). John has over 25 years of work experience in both the National Mapping Organization of Ghana and also as a Lecturer in various aspect of Surveying and Mapping and Geographic Information Systems. He is also a licensed Surveyor for Ghana. He has undertaken several researches and publications in the field of surveying and Geographic Information Systems.

Mawuena Agbenoto
Mawuena, as he is called by many, was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2004. He graduated from the University of Hull, United Kingdom and the Inns of Court School of Law. Mawuena boasts of attending Mfantsipim School while he speaks meekly of all other educational institutions attended by him.
Fui Gameli Segbedzi
Fui is a seasoned Management Consultant , and Principal at Segbedzi and Associates
. He has had significant success and experience grant-writing and
developing training modules for small and medium scale industries that have gained access to government funding for skills training and development.
He also has experience in the Oil and Gas downstream sector working on plan and business development from various top firms.
Samuel K Baddoo
Sam is a legal tech practitioner and co-founder at SwiftLaw, based in Accra Ghana. He was previously and associate at N Duwuona & Company, where he has significant experience working on various corporate finance and commercial transactions both locally and across the continent. Samuel attended the University of Hull where he graduated in 2010.
